Learn more about the Missouri Alliance of Professional Bail Agents

Who We Are

The Missouri Alliance of Professional Bail Agents (MAPBA) is a professional association dedicated to promoting ethics, standards of conduct, and education within the bail bond industry throughout the State of Missouri.

Founded by licensed bail bond agents who recognized the need for a unified voice, MAPBA serves as the leading advocate for our profession, working closely with legislators, judiciary members, and law enforcement to ensure fair and effective bail practices.

Our History

MAPBA was established to address the growing need for professional representation in the bail bond industry. Our founding members recognized that by working together, we could better serve our communities while protecting the constitutional right to bail.

Today, MAPBA continues to grow, welcoming new members who share our commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct in the bail bond industry.

We are committed to:

  • Upholding the highest ethical standards in the bail bond profession
  • Providing ongoing education and training opportunities for our members
  • Advocating for fair legislation that protects both the industry and the public
