The right to Bail is recognized by the Constitution of the Great State of Missouri
Bail is an integral part of the Criminal Justice System of the United States and Missouri
The Bail Bond Agent holds a Professional license in the State of Missouri
We recognize duties and responsibilities to Citizens, Courts, Law Enforcement, and Public Safety
We hereby establish the Missouri Alliance of Professional Bail Agents for the purpose of promoting Ethics, Standards of Conduct, and Education in the bail bond industry.
Our Purpose
Dedicated to advancing the bail bond profession through advocacy, education, and ethical standards
Member Forum
Provide the membership an open and positive forum from which to give input towards the betterment of our profession.
Legislative Representation
Provide representation for our profession to regulators and promote positive legislation for our industry in Missouri.
Judicial Relations
Promote a closer working relationship with the Judiciary of Missouri and assist the Courts in a more efficient manner.
Education
Provide Education to our members, Law Enforcement, and others we work together with on a daily basis.
Code of Ethics
Ensure members adhere to a Professional Code of Ethics to promote a more Ethical and Professional presence.
National Membership
Maintain a membership with The Professional Bondsmen of the United States.
