Consent to Investigation and Review By executing this agreement, the undersigned expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Missouri Alliance of Professional Bail Bond Agents ("MAPBA"), its officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, assigns, and any third parties or designees it may select, shall have the full right, but not the obligation, to investigate, review, and evaluate the undersigned's business, operations, records, and practices.

The undersigned further consents to cooperate fully with any such inquiry or investigation, including but not limited to the production of documents, records, and other information deemed relevant by MAPBA or its designees. This authorization extends to any and all aspects of the undersigned's business practices, whether past, present, or ongoing.

The undersigned understands and agrees that refusal to cooperate, interference with, or obstruction of any such investigation may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to denial, suspension, or termination of membership, privileges, or participation within MAPBA. By signing below, the undersigned knowingly and voluntarily waives any objection to such investigations and releases MAPBA and its representatives from any liability arising from the good-faith conduct of such inquiries.
